Computerwise Limited is delighted to announce that we have joined forces with TMB solutions Ltd, the Hampshire-based accounting software reseller, under a common holding company.
Computerwise’s regional strength in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) support, and additional expertise in bespoke software development, in customer relationship managements software (CRM) and service management systems will be available to both companies.
The combined resources of both Companies together now form probably the largest team of its type throughout the whole of the South-East and East Anglia.
Tony Friedlander will continue as Managing Director of Computerwise.
Tina Verney, Managing Director of TMB solutions Ltd, will join the Board.
Doreen Friedlander will step down as a Director.
Roger Barnes, Non-Executive Director of the holding company, stated : "This is an important strategic move that will enable the Companies to invest in building on their proven skills and knowledge in ICT support for the already large and ever-increasing number of clients throughout the South-East and East Anglia."
